I sent an online service request, and I got a prompt reply. A visit was scheduled for the next day. The technician, Butch, was rigorous and professional. Very pleasant to communicate with him. He clearly explained his findings throughout the service call. Now everything is fine. While discussing with Butch about the distinct (harsh) coastal environment conditions and the impacts of regular maintenance on the useful life of the system and dependable operation, especially for the roof installed A/C-Heat Pump unit, I decided to sign up for Integrity’s COOL Club maintenance plan.
