I had an outstanding experience with Integrity Air and Heat of Florida. They responded immediately in the early evening and were able to fit me in later that same night. Every other AC company I called either had already closed or didn't return my call until the next day just to schedule an appointment. When the owner and technician arrived, he quickly resolved our issue, which was a clogged drain line. He also took the time to show me how to handle it myself in the future and shared some helpful maintenance tips. He was professional, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. Another huge plus is that this company does not charge an after-hours surcharge. He arrived around 9:00 PM and didn't charge anything extra for the evening service. I highly recommend giving Integrity Air and Heat a chance if you have any air conditioning issues. I'm glad I did. They are trustworthy, reliable, and truly committed to helping their customers.

We had a great experience with Integrity! We called them for an estimate to determine if we needed to install a new A/C. They were here two hours later and thoroughly informed us of our options. The best of the best! A locally owned and operated business with honest, hardworking staff. Our one-year-old unit recently had some issues. We called the company that installed it, but they were unable to help. Integrity promptly came out, identified the problem, and got us the parts from the manufacturer under warranty! This is the only AC company I will ever use or recommend. You will not be disappointed!

They helped keep my old unit running until I was ready to replace it, often coming out after hours and even on Sunday evenings when I needed them most. This morning, they installed a great new Tempstar unit, and they did a fantastic job. Showed up Saturday night 45 minutes after I called and had me back up and running in 30 minutes. Branden was very polite, informative, and professional. It was less total cost than any quote I got to come out and tell me what was wrong. I will only recommend them from now on.

Finally, great AC service I can count on. Will be getting their annual service too. Called last night after hours and they were here first thing this morning. Wasn’t an easy fix (level 4) they did a great job and I’m back up and running. They also guaranteed their work!

Hands down, the best company to call if you want to be cool! I had a new AC installed by Advanced for around $15,000 and had several service calls with no resolution. INTEGRITY came out one time, and my house has never been more comfortable. Just ask my fiancée! I don't like being hot in my own house; I work too hard for that. I am very pleased with the service.
