Each Visit Maintenance Includes:
- Cleaning condensing coil
- Inspecting evaporator coil, if accessible
- Cleaning the condensate line and inspecting the condensate pump
- Inspect Blower wheel
- Adjusting blower components
- Inspect air filter and clean washable filters if present
- Replacing thermostat batteries, if needed
- Lubricating moving parts as required
- Checking for refrigerant leaks
