“My parents AC went out and after 2 days of them basically miserable ( both elderly and sick) I took a risk and requested assistance on FB . They are on a very small fixed income and unfortunately I was not able to help them at this time. Needless to say, Brandon replied to my request within a couple minutes and offered to assist. Now when I tell you dont give up 5 minutes before the miracle happens. I MEAN JUST THAT…. They sent someone out that same evening and my parents are up and running again. IT IS SO REFRESHING TO KNOW GOOD PEOPLE, GOOD COMPANIES OUT HERE and there still may be hope for humanity after all.
Mom sends her gratitude and cried all night over this grand gesture.

Unfortunately it was time to get a new unit but they were great through the whole process. Installed a whole new system in half a day! “This afternoon I attempted to install a Nest thermostat. I went through the “easy” installation instruction, turned it on cool and bam hot air. I attempted to troubleshoot it and nothing. At this point, I needed to reach out to someone and get this fixed before my wife came home and I was in trouble. I called Integrity, explained what happened and they were here in 10 minutes. The technician was able to troubleshoot the problem and have my air blowing cool quickly. I asked him what I owed him and he simply said, “you’re good, I was on my way out anyway.” I was absolutely dumbfounded, in a day and age where customer service is one of the last things on a company’s mind, not only did Integrity come out quick but fix it for nothing. Tell you what, you have a lifelong customer now. Thanks and I look forward to spreading the word about this awesome company.”

“Our air conditioner stopped working on a hot August Saturday night. Both thermostats went blank, and no cold air was blowing. We called two HVAC companies and both said they couldn't come out for 24 hours – even though we had used one of them recently for an expensive install! Fortunately, we were able to get in touch with Integrity Air and Heat, and Brandon (Granger) – the Owner/Operator – and his partner were at the house in under an hour, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed very quickly. They were polite, professional, and extremely competent. Integrity Air and Heat will definitely be our go-to AC company from now on!”
