“Our AC system went out last week, as we were expecting visitors. While we did not have a business relationship with Integrity, we called just to see if we could get a technician scheduled. On a Friday afternoon, their response was ‘ we can have a technician over this evening’. That is amazing customer service.
When Brenden arrived he
Determined the compressor needed to be replaced, but got the system operational for the weekend. On Monday the team in the Office called with the proposal and time line, and this.morning the new compressor was installed.
Throughout the process Brenden has kept us well informed and the Team in the Office have been very responsive.
What an excellent experience. We look forward to our future relationship with Integrity.”

“My parents AC went out and after 2 days of them basically miserable ( both elderly and sick) I took a risk and requested assistance on FB . They are on a very small fixed income and unfortunately I was not able to help them at this time. Needless to say, Brandon replied to my request within a couple minutes and offered to assist. Now when I tell you dont give up 5 minutes before the miracle happens. I MEAN JUST THAT…. They sent someone out that same evening and my parents are up and running again. IT IS SO REFRESHING TO KNOW GOOD PEOPLE, GOOD COMPANIES OUT HERE and there still may be hope for humanity after all.
