Ryan Lakeman once again provided exceptional customer service.
Earlier this month, he installed a soft-start on our air conditioning unit and took the time to explain the entire process to us. He even returned on a second day to align with our work schedules. This was very helpful, and it was also interesting to learn how the system operates.
Today, he visited our home and AC unit to help diagnose the cause of water flooding from the air handler after a large rainstorm. He added an extension to our PVC drainage pipe outside and even checked our attic to ensure that the water was not coming from the roof.

“Let me just start by saying that the owner Brendan made this as easy as ever. when I made the call to have them come out, he had no problem getting personable, but also down to the point to make sure I understood everything that was gonna happen. Within the next two days he sent his crew Vinny and a couple of other guys to my house and they did outstanding job. I happen to show up while they were still there. They walked me through what they were doing, and they had no problem with me bugging them asking them questions and I appreciated that my garage was cleaner when they left after they did the job then before because of how neatly they cleaned up after themselves. highly recommend great locally owned and operated business!!”
