“We call Integrity because we thought we lost freon. The air conditioner was running, just not cold. From the time we called, until Vincent was at the house, was 30 minutes. It was even after 5 pm. When he arrived, we told him what we thought, he went to look and said, "Nope" the freon was good, it was actually a capacitor. They had it stocked on the truck and it was fixed and he was on his way in 1 hour. Rate was under $300 total, parts and labor!!!!! We are in the cool air already!!! Call this company if you want honest work at a reasonable rate!!! A+ company and techs.”

At 0855 they were here. Both Jimmy & Vinny did a fabulous job. They maintained a very high level of professionalism. The prep they do to protect our home was above what really needed to be taken.
Both were very easy to communicate with.
No concern as to who I will call when/ if my other unit needs to be replaced!!
