He was friendly, polite and said someone would be out today (they're in Edgewater, I'm in Ormond Beach). We'll within the time he gave, he arrived—it was Granger himself. In addition to being friendly and courteous, Brandon was most competent and kind. He explained everything he was doing and and why.
